Predicted to be the next hero added to the Dota 2 hero pool, Valve is back exactly a week after their Invoker release to introduce pub’s most feared enemy, Clinkz the Bone Fletcher.

This week’s patch update also include fixes for Invoker, along with the addition of Legacy keys for his spells as well as additional support for his abilities. The new replay system will also be implemented in the next update rendering all current replays unusable.

Groups for the Global Challenge Kiev

Naniwa, Zenio, MMA and HerO hail from Korea.

Next week the Global Challenge Kiev will start and it is time to announce the groups for the StarCraft II tournament. Korea will be represented by TeamLiquid members Zenio and HerO, former Code S Winner MMA and Swedish pro Naniwa who is currently living in Seoul.

American qxc will replace DDE who had to cancel his participation. The case of Norwegian participant TargA is quite unique: He is currently living in Australia and participated in the South-East Asian qualifier for Kiev. Since no Chinese player was able to come, despite all efforts, and because Chinese New Year takes place during the event, DieStar from Poland will fill that last spot since he was next in line from the European qualifier.

The SHOUTcraft Invitational series is the biggest, self-funded, unsponsored tournament series in Starcraft 2. Thus far we’ve done everything with no corporate sponsorship and intend to keep doing that. This tournament is a community-fueled, high-stakes, electrifying live event with some of the best players SC2 has to offer, battling it out in the SHOUTcraft Single-elimination format.

Prize distribution - Once again, everyone gets paid for their time. The participation fee we pay to the players for their time is $100, so every player walks away with that. The rewards grow significantly larger as we hit the RO4.
